Zucchini Chips

This is an absolute favourite for 3/4 of my kids. Next time you are doing a roast, give this a try!

Serves: 4-6 sides
Prep:  5 mins Cook: 25  mins

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/3 cup cheese, Parmesan or tasty

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Thinly slice zucchini into circles (the thinner you slice, the crunchier they will become)
  4. Place zucchini circles on baking paper
  5. Grate cheese and sprinkle on zucchini
  6. Cook for 25 minutes
