This apple salsa is a perfect accompaniment to your roast meat. So simple, quick and tasty.

  • 4 Pink Lady or Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar



  1. Wash and dice up apples
  2. Place all ingredients in a small pot
  3. Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally
  4. Serve warm or cold



Use Granny Smith if you want a tart salsa or Pink Lady for a sweeter salsa.

Great with baked latkes or roast meat.
