This apple salsa is a perfect accompaniment to your roast meat. So simple, quick and tasty.

- 4 Pink Lady or Granny Smith apples
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Wash and dice up apples
- Place all ingredients in a small pot
- Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally
- Serve warm or cold
Use Granny Smith if you want a tart salsa or Pink Lady for a sweeter salsa.
Great with baked latkes or roast meat.
