apple salsa

Ingredients

 

  • 4 Pink Lady or Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

 

Directions

  1. Dice apples. Use granny smith if you want a tart salsa or pink ladies for a sweeter salsa
  2. Place all ingredients in a small pot
  3. Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally
  4. Serve warm or cold

 

Notes

Great with baked latkes or roast meat
