BBQ corn is a simple yet delicious veggie side to enjoy this BBQ season.

Serves: 4
Prep: 2 mins    Cook: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 420g can sweet corn (salt reduced)

Directions

  1. Drain canned corn
  2. Heat oil on BBQ flat plate on medium to high heat for a few seconds
  3. Add corn
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes or until corn starts to brown, stirring occasionally (be careful not to let it burn)

Notes

You can also use fresh corn (on or off the cob), just wash it and boil it for a couple of minutes to speed up cooking time.

Try serving it Mexican style with some chilli mayo and grated parmesan cheese.

Enjoy it as a simple veggie side or add it to salads.
