Bored of your regular chocolate smoothie? Try our healthy black forest smoothie for a different chocolate hit.

­čĽĺ Prep: 5 mins


  • 1┬ácup water
  • 2/3 banana
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 handful┬áspinach leaves
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 1 teaspoon cacao or cocoa powder



  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until well combined
  3. Enjoy!


Try adding chia seeds and using other fruits, like fresh of frozen mixed berries, in your smoothie. Please note cacao has a strong, slightly bitter aftertaste. If preferred, you can substitute with cocoa.
