  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 banana
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder



  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until well combined
  3. Enjoy!


Try adding chia seeds and using other fruits in your smoothie, like fresh or frozen mixed berries. Please note cacao has a strong, slightly bitter aftertaste. If preferred, you can substitute with cocoa.
