Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • sprinkle¬†cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until smoothie well combined
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

Try using other fruits in your smoothie, including fresh or frozen raspberries, mango or even cauliflower. We love adding oats to our smoothies for an energy boost
