  • 200ml milk
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon plus extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 banana


  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender.
  2. Blend for a minute until well combine.
  3. Enjoy!!


Try using other fruits in your smoothie, including fresh or frozen berries, mango and peaches
