Think you don’t like Brussel sprouts? Let us change your mind. Give this recipe of roasted Brussel sprouts, bacon, garlic and pecans a go!

  • 20 Brussel sprouts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 2 rashes shortcut bacon
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Wash and cut ends off Brussel sprouts, cut them in half and remove some of the outer leaves
  3. Finely dice bacon
  4. Mix all ingredients together on a lined tray
  5. Transfer to 200°C oven for about 25 mins or until nice and golden
