Think you don’t like Brussel sprouts? Let us change your mind. Give this recipe of roasted Brussel sprouts, bacon, garlic and pecans a go!

- 20 Brussel sprouts
- ½ cup pecans
- 2 rashes shortcut bacon
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Wash and cut ends off Brussel sprouts, cut them in half and remove some of the outer leaves
- Finely dice bacon
- Mix all ingredients together on a lined tray
- Transfer to 200°C oven for about 25 mins or until nice and golden
