A delicious twist to a breakfast favourite. This carrot cake muesli is quick and easy and can even be made the night before and left in fridge overnight!

- ½ cup oats
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon almonds
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
- Sprinkle of dried chilli
- Double sprinkle of dried ginger
- ½ cup milk of choice
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
You can make this and eat it fresh, but this carrot cake muesli recipe can also be made the night before and left in the fridge overnight.
Try serving with other fruits, such as apple or strawberries.
