  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Sprinkle of dried chilli
  • Double sprinkle of dried ginger
  • ½ cup milk of your choice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Enjoy!


You can make this and eat it fresh, but this recipe can also be made the night before and left in the fridge overnight
Try serving with other fruits, such as apple or strawberries
You can cook this recipe, for a warm breakfast
