All my children enjoy this chia pudding. It is super quick to make and great for breakfast, snack or dessert. Enjoying nuts and seeds are great for our gut and brain health and this pudding is a fun way to eat more seeds. So why not make a double batch!
🕒 Prep: 5 mins (plus resting overnight) Cook: 0 mins
- 1 cup milk, of your choice
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a container and stir well
- Refrigerate overnight
- Enjoy with toppings of your choice
Keep in fridge for 3-5 days.
Great toppings include fruit, strewed fruit, coconut and nuts.
