chicken drumsticks


  • 10 chicken drumsticks (skin removed)
  • 3-5 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic




  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper
  3. Place chicken drumsticks on baking paper in single
  4. Brush chicken drumsticks with barbecue sauce and garlic, turn chicken over and brush the other side
  5. Place tray in oven and bake for 1 hour or until when skin pierced juices run clear
  6. Serve with your choice of colourful sides
  7. Enjoy


    These are great with baked potatoes and other baked veggies. Great in a lunchbox the next day
