Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 2/3 banana
  • squeeze honey or 4 dates
  • sprinkle cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until well combined
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

Try adding oats (for an energy boost) or some coconut to this delicious smoothie.  Frozen berries also make a tasty addition.
