Love chocolate? Why not try this fantastic chocolaty yet healthy smoothie. This choc-nana smoothie is great for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack, just throw it in the blender!

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • banana
  • Squeeze honey or 4 dates
  • Sprinkle cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until well combined
  3. Enjoy!


Try adding oats (for an energy boost) or some coconut to this delicious smoothie.  Frozen berries also make a tasty addition.
