easy oven poached eggs

 

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Water

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Into a muffin tray crack as many eggs as you want to cook (one egg per muffin hole)
  3. Top each egg with 1 tablespoon water
  4. Cook for about 12 minutes. Check after 10 minutes and keep checking every 2-3 minutes. Cook until desired yoke consistency is reached.

 

Notes

Try sprinkling some herbs on the egg before adding the water and baking for some extra flavour
