easy oven poached eggs

 

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Water

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Into a muffin tray crack as many eggs as you want to cook (one egg per muffin hole)
  3. Top each egg with 1 tablespoon water
  4. Cook for about 12 minutes. Check after 10 minutes and keep checking every 2-3 minutes. Cook until desired yoke consistency is reached. Drain off any excess water sitting on the top of the eggs carefully.

 

Notes

Try sprinkling some herbs on the egg before adding the water and baking for some extra flavour
