fruit, oat and seed slice

Ingredients

 

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (pictured: date and apricots, diced)
  • 1/4 cup seeds or nuts (pictured: sesame seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Directions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC
  2. Line a slice tray with baking paper
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
  4. Pour into slice tray
  5. Bake for 35 mins
