Helen’s easy asian salmon

 

Ingredients

Ingredients per 2 servings

  • 2 fillets of salmon (about 150 grams each)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degress
  2. Line tray with baking paper
  3. Mix soy and maple syrup
  4. Place fish fillets on baking paper and pour over sauce
  5. Bake for 10 mins
  6. Serve with rice or mash and salad or veggies

Notes

To check it is cooked through, it will change texture and turn a lighter pink when cooked

Here it is served with fresh capsicum, steamed potatoes (mash would be great too) and roasted carrots and brussel sprouts (recipe here)
