1 minute prep and 10 mins to cook! Delicious and easy! The perfect combo of sweet and salty.

?Serves: 2
?Prep: 5 mins    Cook: 10 mins

  • 2 fillets of salmon (about 150 grams each)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari (for gluten free)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line tray with baking paper
  3. Mix soy and maple syrup
  4. Place fish fillets on baking paper and pour over sauce
  5. Bake for 10 mins
  6. Serve with rice or mash and salad or stir fry or roast veggies

To check it is cooked through, cut through the middle, it will change texture and turn a lighter pink when cooked.

Serving suggestion: Fresh capsicum, steamed potatoes (mash would be great too) and roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts (recipe here)
