The best way to learn is through hands on experience whilst having fun! All sessions designed by dietitian and mum of four, Kate Wengier, so you can be sure it’s healthy. But sessions are much more than cooking, they are about inspiring kids to enjoy healthy foods. It’s the what and WHY of eating.  Sessions are designed to engage young people to have fun through involvement in a multi-sensory, entertaining and educational experience of healthy food.

Sessions are great for kids 3-12.

  • Each child individually prepares one naturally ‘colourful’ snack

  • No mess, we take away all the dirty dishes!
  • Recipes use healthy, naturally colourful and seasonal ingredients. Menus include sushi, dips, wraps, fruit salads, rice paper rolls and more. Where possible, ingredients are 100% natural and locally produced.
