This make your own muesli is super versatile and can be altered to suit your taste preferences. You can make it up in the morning or make in a big batch to have as a staple in your pantry.

  • Puffed Rice
  • Puffed Corn
  • Rolled Barley
  • Quinoa flakes
  • Rolled Rye
  • Rolled Spelt

Some coloursĀ 

  • Sultanas
  • Cranberries
  • Dates
  • Dried mango
  • Berries (Fresh or frozen- add just before eating)
  • MangoĀ (Fresh or frozen- add just before eating)
  • Grated Pear/ Apple (Fresh – add just before eating)
  • Passion fruit (Fresh – add just before eating)
  • Grated carrotĀ (Fresh – add just before eating)

Sprinkle of fun

  • Slivered Almonds
  • Hazelnuts
  • Pecans
  • Pistachio
  • Walnuts
  • Pepitas
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Linseed
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Cinnamon/Nutmeg


  1. Pick ingredients from above list with a muesli formula: Mostly Wholegrain’s + some colours + sprinkle of fun
  2. Prep desired ingredients, wash/drain/cut up
  3. Combine and enjoy with yourĀ milk of choice (or yoghurt)


You can design your own muesli in the morning or make a bigger batch and store in an airtight glass jar (keeps in your pantry for 1-2 months).

For extra crunch try toasting your nuts and oats.
