Our favourite mango tango smoothie- a great idea for a snack or breakfast. You can even use the leftovers to make ice blocks!

  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ banana
  • Handful spinach
  • Dash honey, optional


  1. Place all ingredients into a large blender
  2. Blend for one minute until well combined
  3. Enjoy!


Try using other fruits in your smoothie, including fresh or frozen raspberries, pineapple and blueberries.
