Sweet Potato Chips

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 200° C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Wash sweet potato (peel if desired)
  4. Cut sweet potato into desired shape (rounds or thick chips)
  5. Place sweet potato on tray
  6. Using a pastry brush, brush sweet potato with oil
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds
  8. Cook in oven for 45 minutes


Make vegetable chips using any vegetable eg pumpkin, carrot, zucchini. Follow method above without paprika and sesame seeds
