  • Just invented a new breakfast (or lunch or dinner) based on leftovers in the fridge. Green egg and ham wraps! I made an omelette of diced bacon, onion and zucchini (would have used spinach but didn’t have any) plus eggs and cheese. Then popped pieces of the omelette into tortillas and quickly fried the wraps. The result was delicious and something a little different on a weekend morning for my family whose usual breakfast choose is egg on toast, porridge, weatbix or raisin toast. #breakfast #weekend
