🕒 Prep: 5 mins
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya or mango)
- ½ banana
- Handful spinach
- Dash honey, optional
- Place all ingredients into a large blender
- Blend for one minute until well combined
You can add any fruit or veg you like.
