Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya or mango)
- ½ banana
- Handful spinach
- Dash honey, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large blender
- Blend for one minute until well combined
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can add any fruit or veg you like.
Pop any leftover smoothie in an ice block and enjoy it as an icy treat another time.
