warmed pears

Ingredients

 

  • 2 pears
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

 

Directions

 

  1. Dice pears
  2. Heat oil in pan on medium to high heat
  3. Add pears and cook for 15 mins or until soft and slightly browned. Turn heat down if needed so they don’t burn
  4. Enjoy on porridge

 

Note

You can use other oils like coconut oil or canola oil. Try these delicious pears on some yoghurt.
