- 2 pears
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- Dice pears
- Heat oil in pan on medium to high heat
- Add pears and cook for 15 mins or until soft and slightly browned. Turn heat down if needed so they don’t burn
- Enjoy on porridge
You can use other oils like coconut oil or canola oil. Try these delicious pears on some yoghurt.
