Watermelon pizza is a fun and delicious snack that the whole family can enjoy! This recipe is super simple and very refreshing on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt
  • Slices of watermelon
  • Fruit: Strawberries, grapes, bananas, apple, frozen berries (or any of your choice)
  • Mint
  • Pretzels
  • Desiccated or shredded coconut
  • Sultanas

Directions

  1. Spread yoghurt onto slice of watermelon
  2. Wash and cut fruit
  3. Put fruit slices, mint and pretzels onto yoghurt to decorate
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and sultanas
  5. Enjoy

Notes

Any fruit can be used to decorate the watermelon pizza. You can even sprinkle with rolled oats, nuts or seeds.
