5 ingredient, 5 minute stir fry

 

Ingredients

  • 2  bunches asparagus
  • 2 cups assorted mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon ketap manis (sweet soy sauce, sometimes called ABC sauce)

 

Directions

  1. Snap asparagus so the woody ends break off (don’t use woody end). Cut tips and stalk of Asparagus into 3cm pieces.
  2. Wash and roughly cut mushrooms (you want 2 cups of cut mushrooms)
  3. Heat oil in pan on high
  4. Add asparus, mushrooms and nuts
  5. Cook for 2 mins stirring often (turn heat down if burning)
  6. Add Kecap manis and cook for 3 more minutes
  7. Serve
