  • Banana (sliced)
  • Grated carrot
  • Slivered Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Chia seeds
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Dark chocolate – grated
  • Frozen berries (defrosted)
  • Yoghurt



  1.  Get a cup and begin by putting 1 spoon on yoghurt in the bottom
  2. Now layer your favourite combination of the above ingredients between layers of yoghurt.

Carrot cake – layers of grated carrot, diced apple, cinnamon, ground ginger, walnuts, sultanas and yoghurt

Apple crumble – layers of diced apple, oats, cinnamon, coconut, sultanas, yoghurt

Tropicana – layers of mango, strawberry, banana, yoghurt, coconut

Berry nice – layers of mixed frozen berries, yoghurt, chia seeds, shavings of dark chocolate
