Roasted maple pumpkin is a quick twist on classic roasted veg. Test it out for yourself with our 3 ingredient recipe. It can be enjoyed as part of your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  • 500g pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil



  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC
  2. Wash pumpkin skin and dice pumpkin into 2cm pieces (you can do larger if you have more time)
  3. Line tray with baking paper
  4. In a bowl mix pumpkin pieces, oil and maple syrup
  5. Place on baking tray
  6. Cook for 25 mins or until pumpkin is soft and slightly coloured
