  • Anyone else still packing lunchboxes? We still have over a week to go. Here is my fav lunchbox recipe which is also great for school holidays or car trips, and perfect for freezing. All you do is mix 2-3 overripe bananas and 2 cups oats. Then add whatever you like; today I did coconut, olive oil and dark choc chips. Bake for 20 minutes and that’s it. #loveoats #wasteless #bananas
