  • 500g chicken breast tenderloins, skin removed
  • 200ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper
  2. Mix half of the yogurt (100ml) in a large bowl with the tumeric
  3. Add yoghurt mix to chicken
  4. Using tongs put chicken on baking tray
  5. Bake in oven for 20 mins
  6. While cooking make yoghurt dressing by mixing remaining yoghurt with lemon juice (and prepare a salad or some veggies to go with your chicken)
  7.  Once chicken is finished in oven, heat oil in pan
  8. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden
  9. Serve with yoghurt sauce and some veggies (see notes below)
