Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 kebab sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ºC
  2. Wash and dry potatoes
  3. Thread skewers through the centre
  4. To cut potatoes, insert knife into potato on an angle. Slow rotate potato around in a circle using the stick (this takes a few times to master. If potato breaks, don’t worry, just leave it on stick in rings and cook)
  5. Place on plate and microwave for 6 minutes
  6. Line an oven tray with baking paper
  7. Place potatoes on tray
  8. Using a pasty brush, brush potatoes with oil
  9. Bake for one hour
