A light dip great for serving with veggies, home made pita chips or grainy crackers. It’s quick and easy, so try out this delicious tzatziki dip at your next get together!

- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 lemon, juced
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1-2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely cut
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Serve with veggie sticks and home-made pita chips. Take pita bread or mountain bread and tear it into large pieces. Bake in hot oven for 5 minutes or until crisp.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
